Cutting Broken Strings from Racquet

When the strings break, I try to cut and remove the strings as soon as I can to reduce undue stress on the racquet due to the imbalance of tension imposed on the frame. 

I start from the center and move my way diagonally in alternate fashion towards the frame by cutting intersecting strings ... cutting the mains and crosses simultaneously.   See the picture below. 

Note that I could have made the diagonal line a bit more counterclockwise so that I get the last set of the strings.  No big deal.  Any strings that I don't cut in the diagonal line I create, I simply cut individually.
