Guevarian Alumni Network would like to thank a number of individuals for
setting the wheels in motion in creating this forum for reuniting Guevarian friends.

Roehl
(Dimples) Macalos:
An innocous email from Dimples popped up
on my computer one day. This essentially marked the start of the process which
evolved to our network.
Sometime in early '99, an office
colleague informed me of a website with a PGMHS registry. Curiously, I logged on to
the site. The list was fairly short. There was no one listed from my class
year of 1980. Not really expecting anything from it, I went ahead and registered my
name.
A few days later, the said email from
Roehl Macalos arrived. He is my ka-batch from kindergarten all the way through high
school. He also happens to be my father's godson.
From that point on, we have corresponded
to bring ourselves up to speed with each other's lives.
During one of these emails, we decided to
try and find more of our friends ... but not exclusive to PGMHS school mates. We wanted to
find old friends in general.
Between the two of us and others along
the way, we have been able to track down quite a few of them.
So, for that innocent email and his
perseverance to chase down old friends, the Guevarian Alumni Network thank Roehl for
helping get this project off the ground.

Ellen
Changho:
In our quest to find more of our ka-batches, Ellen
Changho, an active participant in this endeavor, offered to provide me a copy of the
Lagunian, the 1980 PGMHS commencement program.
To me, this copy of the Lagunian is priceless. It
contains a part of our lives captured in the pages of this ubiquitous document. The
simplicity of its design and layout does not diminish its importance to those whose lives
became a part of the PGMHS landscape and history. I, for one, found it extremely useful in
remembering names ... in reconciling sketchy names with haunting faces.
Thanks Ellen for sharing a priceless treasure.

Keohi
Web Design:
Although this site is your humble host's brainchild, it
was Keohi Web Design that created this website.
Keohi Web Design, a website and graphics development
organization, was kind enough to lend its time and support in creating the website before
you.
I realize that face-to-face reunions would be difficult,
if not impossible, since most of us are separated by great distances. So, I thought that
it would be a good idea for a place online where we all can "meet" irrespective
of where our feet are planted.
With the help of Keohi Web Design, the Guevarian website was born.
The Guevarian Alumni Network deeply appreciate their
support.
